Lack of on-site management leads to noise disturbances from inconsiderate guests!!! The garbage management system is absurd. One bin for nine units is barely sufficient!!! A 'no smoking' policy without proper enforcement or signage is a recipe for chaos!!!

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Located just two blocks from the main street, access to local shops was convenient.
